Casting CAE simulation technology utilizes the comprehensive calculation of computer technology to optimize the traditional casting process, reduce the cost of the product, and improve the competitiveness of the foundry enterprise. In this paper, the casting CAE simulation software Pro CAST is used as a tool, and the typical Investment Casting Lost Wax Casting of our company, the bushing, is taken as an example to introduce the application of casting simulation software in the improvement of casting process. We also produce Construction Scaffolding Parts, Hydraulic Parts, etc. Investment casting refers to the ceramics formed around the wax patterns to create a casing for molten metal to be poured. Once the wax patterns are created, they are melted onto a gate system, dipped into slurry and sand to form a layered casing, then replaced with the melted metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, and much more.
